Nadeen Alalami
Nadeen Alalami is a strategist, facilitator, and ICF-accredited leadership coach based in Dubai, with a decade of practitioner-level experience across global education philanthropy and organizational learning. She currently advises on social impact and performance at Gratiya Advisory.
Her career has been spent inside the institutions that fund and shape international education, beginning with research and evidence work in education in emergencies and moving toward strategy and governance. She has led strategic programs and cross-sector partnerships for global philanthropic organizations, managed a $10 million research envelope strengthening the evidence base for children affected by crisis, and co-led a framework on education systems transformation. More recently she has designed and led philanthropic governance strategy with Gulf philanthropic institutions, next-generation family donors, and family offices across the region. That work gives her a direct understanding of how education funding decisions are made in the Gulf, and of what it takes to move institutional commitment toward children’s early learning and wellbeing.
Nadeen holds a Postgraduate Certificate in International Development from SOAS University of London and a BA in Psychology from New York University Abu Dhabi.
